App build stuck in DOCR for ages - io.buildpacks.project.metadata

Posted on September 29, 2023

We have 3 apps within digital ocean - its the same app one for DEV, QA and PROD.

The Dev on built fine.

The QA and PROD ones have been running for 10minutes and stuck at this step.

Anyone else suffered this freeze?

Note: The dev app takes around 1m 2s to build in comparison:

Hi there,

Indeed, there was an incident reported on the DigitalOcean status page regarding slow App Platform builds. You can find the report here:

https://status.digitalocean.com/incidents/5khjfm2dbz08

This has already been resolved and it should all be working as expected now!

During this time users would have encountered delays in app builds and could potentially experience timeout errors in builds as a result.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Best,

Bobby
