I am looking urgently for assistance to solve a problem with our web hosted ad Digital Ocean, www.adventurespanama.com. Browsers display “Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL. ”

I do no neet instruction on how to solve it. I need a contact (Person, phone number, email) so I can pay him to solve this and future problems

I doubt if DO itself has any support program for this. DO VPS service completely unmanaged, so user needs to troubleshoot this own problem.

This forum helps users to connect with each other to resolve issues.

You need to elaborate as what you were trying to do and the problem itself so that some one can troubleshoot this issue..

Like Server details (Specs, not password :P)
Which software you have for that domain..
and such..
