Hello-
Anyone here experience an automated backup go awry? Backup seems to be frozen, no access to console, no ability to powercycle, power down - it will process it after the stuck backup completes. Site is offline. We have no options here. Any ideas?

I take you’ve already found a solution to the problem, however in such cases when the GUI is not working properly and you are experiencing troubles with it, I’ll recommend contacting DO directly so that their DevOPs can take a look into the issue.
