Getting this error on deploying django app on Apps
Requested runtime 'python-3.9.18' is not available for this stack (heroku-22).
I’ve added the runtime.txt file as well having same version.

It’s possible you’ve not added the python version properly. In runtime.txt & specify your version of Python like so:
python-3.10.4
Here are some examples of how it should be specified:
python-3.9.18 is CORRECT.
Python-3.9.18 is INCORRECT.
Python 3.9.18 is INCORRECT.

If the error is still present, try using another Python version.
