Can I create multiple Droplet IPv4 address or can have one IP for each Droplet?
I mean additional IPv4 public IP

Hi there,
Each Droplet comes with a single dedicated IPv4 address.
An option here is to enable a Floating IP address for your Droplet:
https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/floating-ips/
Enabling IPv6 on a Droplet gives you access to its 16 additional IPv6 addresses.
