My server crashes every morning when backup starts. Server is stable leading up to the digital ocean backup. See screenshot
No, you can not set the time that a backup will take place. They happen automatically at periodic intervals. If you need more fine grained control over when your server is backed up, you can perform a snapshot or even automate them using the API.
