I’m trying to access my domain’s DNS records, but when I go into Networking the domain isn’t showing there, and when I try to add it, it says it already exists. I’ve seen several other support threads with same issue but no answer. Where can I find my domain? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Hello @drewcolletti
Can you confirm that the domain name was previously present in your account and it’s now missing?
The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says Data domain example.com: Name already exists. If the domain has not been previously added to DigitalOcean’s DNS service, it will be added.
Hope that helps
hey @drewcolletti,
You’ll need to select the Domains tab once you are in Networking.
If that doesn’t work however and your Domain was previously in your account, I’ll recommend contacting DigitalOcean’s Support, maybe it was removed by a mistake?
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
