The process seems pretty straightforward, however when I get to the end I cannot click on the “create droplet” button. It just stays disabled and says “You must create a root password”. I clearly have a root password entered that meets all the password requirements. I have tried several different passwords. I have used different browsers. Has anyone run into this? I can’t see anyway around this. So far all my support ticket did was refer me to an article that does not help.

Hey @rickalvernaz,
Does your password meet all of the 4 requirements:
If you’ve covered all of those requirements you should see green ticks next to each one.
If this still does not work, please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with this account issue! :)
Hope that helps!
