Hello,
currently the Grafana tool is running in Aiven because we decided to use a cloud-based solution and Aiven is an excellent choice. Now I wanted to use CLI commands to install a plugin the other day, but it didn’t work.
Does any of you know what could have caused this?

Hi, as far as I remember, Aiven does not allow Grafana to use CLI commands and therefore does not allow direct access to them. So if you want to have a plugin supported by Aiven, you have to contact their support. They only offer such support on customer request. The plugin you have quasi ordered will then be checked for its license terms and technical suitability by Aiven for Grafana. The plugins that are supported by Aiven will be updated to the latest version on a regular basis. You can find more information here: https://aiven.io/grafana
