Buen día, tengo un servidor en ubuntu 20.04, tengo todo instalado funcionando a excepción de que luego de subir mi proyecto solo reconoce la pagina principal index.php más no los demás archivos que tengo como rutas amigables, los mismos que se encuentran en supcarpetas de mi proyecto, cual podría ser mi problema es un tema de permisos?? Porque cuando doy clic hacia una ruta me arroja:
