Creating multiple teams from one account

I can see this was already asked in the community and of the moderators have answered the question in - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/how-can-create-one-more-team

“You can be a part of up to 10 teams so this should not be a problem. You should be able to open the account dropdown by clicking on the arrow on the top right, next to your avatar and select Create a Team.”

Additional info from the same question:

To create a team account it does require that you have an existing payment profile on your personal account. You should be able to create another team account after you have added this payment profile to your personal account from the billing page.

A quick update here, you can now create organizations to group related teams.

Organizations enable consolidated billing, payment, and invoicing, and provide detailed spend breakdowns by team. Organization owners can manage members, settings, and billing across teams in the organization while team owners can manage their team’s resources and view spending.

Organizations are available at no cost.
