I want to ask for help … Please Disable Two-factor authentication …

Because, my HP got malware (root) and, my solution is reset factory…

I forgot to turn off Two-factor authentication…

I want fill my billing …

unfortunately, i dont have the last ticket i create… i dont remember…

i have a habit, when i got email, i read, i deleted :(

how about, we video call by whatsapp or line (i dont have skype)… then, i will give you, my id card, my email (my account and password)… and, if you want, i will give you, my payment method (paypal), it will same information…

why video call? because, if using email, send picture… i think, you not believe me…

*this guy using photoshop, etc…

is still not enough for verify my account?

but, please, you must hold your laugh, coz, my english is not good…
