Sure. For such kind of things better use cloudflare for maskin the real IP in order to make it more safty.
If you are not masking your IP it is quite easy to find where a website is hosted. All you have to do is look at the server’s hostname. However, in some cases, things can be difficult as some use a firewall or a content delivery network. For example here you could check it out: https://besthostadvisor.com/who-is-hosting-this-website/
