I’d like to use DigitalOcean’s App Platform to host an API and I’d like to run multiple versions of my API simultaneously.
Is there any way to do this without deploying a new app for each version?

I believe that this should be doable. Depending on the architecture of your application, you could have 1 application with multiple components for each version of your API. Then you could assign different routes for each API version component like /api/v1/, /api/v2 and etc.
