Hello there,

I also want to include great tutorials on Common Apache Errors and How To Troubleshoot Common Apache Errors that you can find really useful if you run into an Apache error and you need some help.

Also, this question was previously posted and answered by Bobby which you can check here:

Hope that this helps!

Hi @DriftingDarkBlueLobster,

Check your Apache Error log. It should provide you with the reason behind the failings.

It’s possible it’s a corrupt/misconfigured Apache2 config file or the more obvious reason and almost always the one, high load. It’s possible someone is DDOSing your Apps and thus bringing Apache down. If that’s the case, I’ll suggest using some CDN like Cloudflare, most of them come with DDOS protection which is great.

Hi there,

I could suggest following the steps from this tutorial here on how to troubleshoot common Apache problems:

The main thing that I would recommend is checking the Apache logs for more information on why it might be crashing.

Let me know how it goes!
