First you need to decide what CMS are you going to use or if you are going to build it using a framework from the ground up .Next, you can use one of the DigitalOcean marketplace droplets and get a prepared Droplet with either LAMP or LEMP:

If you’re new to web hosting, you can try WordPress with the WooCommerce plugin and use a plugin like Elementor to build your website.
