I am trying to create an ssl certificate with certbox and nginx plugin. I am using Letsencrypt
When I do the following sudo certbot --nginx -d glima.is -d www.glima.is
Failed authorization procedure. glima.is (http-01): urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection :: The server could not connect to the client to verify the domain :: Fetching http://138.68.191.12: Invalid host in redirect target “138.68.191.12”. Only domain names are supported, not IP addresses, www.glima.is (http-01): urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection :: The server could not connect to the client to verify the domain :: Fetching http://138.68.191.12: Invalid host in redirect target “138.68.191.12”. I have already added to my /etc/hosts 138.68.191.12 glima.is 138.68.191.12 www.glima.is
What am I doing wrong. Do I need to restart something after I changed my hosts file?
Please help :)
