Nanobox was acquired by Digital Ocean. Until they come out with a new and improved version I want to manage my current nanobox environment. To access my account I need to add a payment method to the current nanobox account. But this isn’t accessible. I need to get the environment variables from the nanobox settings to setup my own box/droplet without the dependancy of nanobox.
I know, this is more of a ‘nanobox’ problem than a Digital Ocean problem. But since you acquired Nanobox and Nanobox itself isn’t responding to any questions from me directly or via their slack, this is the only way to get to my DB data and server settings.
Greetings,
Stef

Hi Stef,
This issue is a result of switching over the invoice collection system to a new managing team. This should be resolved now.
Thanks!
