I have 4 website created on wordpress with various host Now I want to manage All with one server. I want to Know about $10 Plan can it handle my all 4 Website traffic. It has around 500+ Realtime Visitor or 250k Page view in a Month. Which plan for I opt out. Please suggest me.

There are a lot of factors that determine how well your sites will perform, but the $10 plan should definitely be able to handle that kind of traffic. Of course, you’ll want to do some monitoring and testing at first. With WordPress, a lot of performance issues stem from plugins. So if you’re seeing problems, that would be the first place to look.
In general, you can get a lot more out of your VPS if you set up some caching. You might also consider using Nginx as your webserver rather than Apache. Check out some of the tutorials on the site to get started. These ones might be of interest:

Choosing the right Droplet plan depends on your workload. An oversized Droplet would underuse its resources and cost more, but an undersized Droplet running at full CPU or memory would suffer from degraded performance or errors.
You can also resize a Droplet to a larger plan after creation, including resizing to a larger Droplet plan of a different kind. For example, you can resize from a Basic Droplet plan to a larger CPU-Optimized Droplet plan. See the Droplet pricing page for a full list of plans and prices.
