Could you provide more details about how you’re trying to access the Droplet? For example:
doctl
)?On another note, if you’re part of a team, can you confirm that your account role allows you to perform this operation. Admins or owners have full access, but limited roles might block certain actions.

If you’re using the DigitalOcean’s console you can try using a different browser or temporary stop any add-blocker related extensions. As Bobby mentioned if you’re part of a team make sure that your account has the necessary permissions.
You can also try to access the droplet using a ssh-client:
