Hi there,

Could you provide more details about how you’re trying to access the Droplet? For example:

  1. Are you using the DigitalOcean web console, SSH, or the CLI (doctl)?
  2. If using SSH, is your key properly set up and added to the Droplet?
  3. Are you logged into the correct account or using the correct API token if accessing via the CLI?

On another note, if you’re part of a team, can you confirm that your account role allows you to perform this operation. Admins or owners have full access, but limited roles might block certain actions.

Heya, @yapjiahao

If you’re using the DigitalOcean’s console you can try using a different browser or temporary stop any add-blocker related extensions. As Bobby mentioned if you’re part of a team make sure that your account has the necessary permissions.

You can also try to access the droplet using a ssh-client:

Heya,

Are you logged into the correct account? Additionally, check if you are using the correct API token.
