I have a DO VPS set up for Dokku and I wanted to know if it is possible to host multiple websites on one Dokku droplet and how to do so.
Thank you so much in advance.

In order to host multiple websites on one Dokku droplet. You should use the “virtualhost naming” scheme. You can use Dokku as normal, and each app you push will be available at a subdomain with the same name as the app. For example: appname.your-domain.com Check out this Dokku tutorial for more details.
If the sites need to be on completely separate domains, take a look at the dokku-domains-plugin on GitHub. You can install it with:
git clone https://github.com/wmluke/dokku-domains-plugin.git /var/lib/dokku/plugins/domains-plugin
dokku plugins-install
And then set the domain for an app like:
dokku domains:set myapp www.myapp.com
