I want to configure my nginx to redirect all emails from my blog domain, *@mydomain.com, to my personal gmail account, just to use an email with my domain. How can i do that?

First, you need to install Postfix: How To Install and Setup Postfix on Ubuntu 14.04.
Then, add the following line to /etc/postfix/virtual:
@mydomain.com you@gmail.com
Finally, restart Postfix so the changes take effect:
sudo postmap /etc/postfix/virtual
sudo service postfix restart
