A quick way to do this with JavaScript would be the following:

var a = document.getElementsByTagName('a');

for (var idx= 0; idx < a.length; ++idx){
    console.log(a[idx].href);
}

And in case that you are using jQuery, you could use the following:

$("a").each(function(){
  console.log(this.href);
});
