I just get the student package from github. And one of the items is receiving"$100 in platform credit for new users" in at Digital Ocean. I have entered the promo code in the blank at the bottom of “Manage payment” page. But where can I check the credit I get?

You can type !ref in this text area to quickly search our full set of tutorials, documentation & marketplace offerings and insert the link!
The credit amount should be displayed in the billing section of the control panel, accessible from the left sidebar menu.
Hello all,
You need to enter a valid credit/debit card or make a deposit via PayPal in order to use the GitHub Student Pack. Keep in mind that this is needed in order to verify the account and once done you will not be charged.
The promo code field should be visible in the Billing section of your account, as shown in the link provided below:
https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/accounts/billing/promo-codes/
Once the transaction is approved and the funds are available in your DigitalOcean account you should be good to go. If you’re still having issues with this you can also contact our amazing support team and they will assist you with adding the GitHub Education promo code.
The credit will be displayed on the billing page in your control panel.
Regards, Alex
