You will either need to buy cPanel and install it yourself or learn to use the command line to control your droplet. cPanel is not included with any droplet.

cPanel is a third party application managed through our Marketplace. New installations of cPanel come with a 15 day free trial. For further use beyond that point a valid license will need to be purchased directly through cPanel. https://store.cpanel.net/view/cpanel/license-options?type=VPS
