I want to change the isp (digital Ocean) name that comes up in different places, is it possible to change this?

Changing the ISP name is not possible. Alternatively, if you have a website, what you could do is to use Cloudflare for your domain name. That way if someone does a DNS look-up for your domain, they would get only to the Cloudflare IP addresses and would not be able to identify which is your actual service provider.
