I have a RESTful API developed using Spring and now I want to hook it up to a database on the could. Where do I start or what are some of the steps?
Thanks

Hello,
The first thing that you would need to do is to set up a database server, you can either go for a Managed PostgreSQL cluster or install PostgreSQL manually on a Droplet.
Once you have your Database up and running and your IP address allowed, you just need to specify your datasource, database username and database password in your Spring boot application.
Let me know how it goes! Regards, Bobby
