how do I verify my account

I am trying to purchase vm but when I hover over the selection I see this message
“The size is currently restricted. Please open a ticket to verify your account.”

  • Hi I met the same issue and couldn’t solve it till now. The link you provided only allows me to open another ticket which is not useful. I’m wondering how I can contact the support team directly.

As mentioned in that note, I have raised a ticket (Tkt. No. #03662975) from my account, but still no response from the support team.
