MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED THIS MORNING, I MADE PAYMENT FOR THE TOTAL AND ADDED MORE BUT STILL COULDN’T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. MY DROPLETS ARE STILL ACTIVE. WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL DOWN?

Hello friend!

If your account is suspended due to nonpayment (21 days after due date is when this occurs), your droplets are powered down as a part of that process. This is in hopes of alerting you of the situation if other contact methods have failed. In this case, once you pay, you will need to power your droplets back on as desired. We’re always here if you need anything as well :)

After I powered on the droplet, site was live by the time I was able to open a new tab and check.

I have this same problem, but once I powered my droplet back on, it started showing me the default Apache page, rather than my site. I literally paid and powered it on less than 2hrs after the suspension! What to do?
