Team accounts are billed at the same rate normal accounts are - based on the billable services you have associated with your account. There is no extra charge to use a team account.
Can I just add that it’s very unclear that there will be no further billing when you go through the “Create a Team” process - the second thing you are asked for is your billing information with no explanation that there will be no extra charges…
