How to a create a subdomain to link to a Teamspeak server?

I have a Teamspeak server with a company called Multiplay. I have my domain on Digital Ocean’s name servers.

Looking around online, it appears I need to set a SRV record. Do I create a new domain entry in Digital Ocean, or add a subdomain somehow on the domain’s existing entry in the Digital Ocean panel?

My end goal is for domain.com to go to a website and ts.domain.com to connect to the Teamspeak server in the Teamspeak client.

First you’ll need to create a sub-domain as you normally would pointing ts.example.com to the IP address of your server using an A record.

Then create an SRV record. It should look something like this:
