I have 2 droplets. For the 1st one I’ve set up a domain – my_domain.com.
I don’t know to setup N level domains. How can I set up a subdomain, something like “my.sub.xxx.yyy.my_domain.com” for the 2nd one which is 6 level domain?

So first you need to create the A or CNAME record in the DNS of your domain.
Have you created the DNS entry at the registrar?
Then you need to setup your web server (I’m guessing) to accept connections to that domain. Which web server are you using - Apache or Nginx?

with what host name?
