How to add SSL certificate using "Bring your own certificate", please help

I installed wordpress site, and trying to add an ssl certificate from setting - security - Bring your own certificate button, I have pasted all three files but still SSL is not working. when I checked on https://www.ssllabs.com/ site, getting error “Unable to connect to the server”

You can follow this tutorial on how to install a third-party SSL certificate on your droplet.

Since you already have the SSL files you can jump on to the step on installing the SSL Certificate on the Web server (Apache or Nginx)
