Hey @cricketchampx,
You can follow this tutorial from DigitalOcean to connect to your Droplet using FileZilla:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/transfer-files/
Basically, you’ll need to enter your SSH key in FileZilla and connect to your Droplet using your IP and root user.
Hello, @cricketchampx
You can download your application’s files once you’re connected via FileZilla. If you want to take a backup of the droplet itself, it is a bit more complex, since FileZilla is not intedned to take backups but rather download generated backups from archives and etc.
You can check our tutorial on how to manually backup your droplet:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/support/how-do-i-manually-back-up-my-droplet/
