How do I contact support? Sending emails used to work, but now I get a response that they stopped monitoring the inbox. Logging into the support center and making tickets used to work, but that tells me it moved, but there is no way to create a ticket on the page it redirects to.
So i have to ask how does one reach DO support staff? Do they even care?

Hello there,
The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says that the domain example.com: Name already exists. If the domain has not been previously added to DigitalOcean’s DNS service, it will be added.
Please open a support ticket from within your account and include the domain name. You’ll need to verify ownership with a TXT record generated by the support and then they’ll remove the domain from the previous account so you can get it added.
