My account was blocked after setting up MFA and confirming my account via bank card.
I have been getting emails about my free credits and MFA confirmation, while the admin console has been blocked. I can’t submit a ticket while logged in, the public ticket form states a ticket will be emailed shortly but hasn’t arrived around 12 hours later.
I sent an email to contact@digitalocean.com and support@digitalocean.com. I also contacted them via social media. I’ve included professional social accounts in my contact attempts.
I understand caution being applied to new accounts, but not being able to confirm that I have even contacted support is not acceptable, and I no longer want to proceed with this service.
How do I request deletion of my account without access to the console?
