How to deploy next js and django in same droplet

Hi. I have created a website. I have django rest framework for backend. Django has nothing to do with the frontend. It only provides API.I use nextJS for frontend. Now, I need to deploy this. I need the django and nextjs to run on same droplet. How can I do this? I have previously done django+react combo. But, django + next js is different. someone pls guide me

You can use Nginx as a reverse Proxy and configure both to work the way you want.

Basically, you’ll create two different configuration files and make the API calls in your nextJS config file. Another solution might be using the DigitalOcean App platform to deploy a Next.js App which uses a django app to do the API calls:
