I have linux/ubuntu server and I need to create Vpn site to site, for that I should know servers Internal and External Ip, as far as I know, External IP is servers address and how to find internal IP (subnet)

By default you will only have a public IP address. You can enable private networking though, which will give you an internal IP. You can find instructions for using that here:
