Hello,
i’m new to DigitalOcean and new to JS as a server language. I was triggered by an article, which shows an 1-click-deployment for strapiJS. Registered at DO, i could not find it, so i clicked an Ubuntu server, installed Node16 and with this link: npx create-strapi-app@latest my-project my first project. After that, you could reach strapi with IP:1337, but only without https and only the first page, after that, the page was loading endlessly.
So, my question: what is the simplest way (for a newbie like me) to get strapi running as an API with https.

Hello,
The easiest way to do this would be to use the DigitalOcean App Platform rather than a Droplet.
That way you will not have to manage your server and you will have automatic deployments and an SSL certificate out of the box.
You can follow this video here from the official Strapi YouTube channel on how to deploy quickly to the App Platform:
Alternatively, I would also recommend this video here by Chris who shows how to build and deploy a full-stack app with Strapi and Next.js:
Hope that this helps!
Best,
Bobby
