I would like to know how to use SendGrid, as I was informed that as my account is new my part 25 is blocked and I would have to use an API from a third company, could they help me?

Depending your what kind of website you are hosting or program you’re running, it might natively support SendGrid. If you’re writing your own, check out SendGrid’s official API docs:
If you can mention a bit more info on what software you’re running, we can point you to more specific tutorials. SendGrid isn’t the only option either. You can use any transactional email service that provides an HTTP API, such as Mandrill, Mailgun, etc.
