Usually, you can’t directly install any custom modules on the App Platform itself unless you use a Docker image as described here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/app-platform/languages-frameworks/docker/
However, for this specific requirement, would you mind giving a bit more information on what exactly the end goal is?
