As i was following on DigitalOcean tutos i did find that in order to open TCP port i need to ask it directly from Support! I’m running 3 websites under DigitalOcean droplets, that highly need outgoing emails to notify buyers and verify registration. I’m using Digital Ocean for more than 60days and have serious business that i can’t give up.

I’ll recommend you to use ports 465 or 587 instead of using port 25 to send your emails.
You can also use a third-party mail provider like SendGrid in order to avoid issues like this one. I’ll also recommend checking this article:
