Hi,
I have a droplets, magento 2 app installed successfully, website is normal.
I need to set up multiple stores and multiple domain names in magento. Such as www.abc.com（Default website at installation）and www.def.com（I need add new domain）

What you need to do is create separate virtual hosts. You can check the following tutorial here;
Step 5 — Setting Up Virtual Hosts (Recommended) is the one you’ll do multiple times for every domain you want to add. That’s it
