How to verify my Account to Access the High Performance Droplet

Hai All, I Have Created a New Account with DO . My Requirement is to have a CPU Optimised Droplet with 8 vCPU, 16GB RAM, But when I Tried to Create Such an option it was Asking me to Create a Ticket to Verify My Account Then Only i will be able to activate such a Package. Please Anyone Let me Know How can i activate the said Droplet . It is an emergency requirement so i directly required an option to Verify my account and work on it. can any one tell me the solution for this . can anyone explain the reason behind this. How can i Open a ticket to verify my account and how much time it may take to verify my account
