http 500 error -do-release-upgrade - droplet now down

Posted on July 31, 2016

Hello,

I recently ran the command do-release-upgrade and upgraded my droplet. After the upgrade lost access to my website. Its displaying a HTTP 500 error message. Anyone any ideas on how I can repair this? I am running LAMP on the server (incase you need to know)

Cheers, Jamie.

Oh no!

Can you post the errors that you see in apache? By default it is in /var/www/apache2/error.log file.

p.s should of mentioned, this was the first time I have ever done this. I should of took a back up. Lesson Learnt!

As I said the website was working before, it was only after I ran the update! Here is the log
