http://prntscr.com/cjzyrl. My request scheme to the server is showing its http and not secure. The problem is that I’m using https and my url is showing that but its still not secure. My config in apache. http://prntscr.com/ck00kf. What should I do?

When accessing your site via https it seems to work properly and show content over https. Looking over your apache configuration I’ve got a couple suggestions:
Quotes are not requried in your redirect. I would suggest updating that line with:
Redirect permanent / https://budokai-online.com/
