While I have some ideas, I’d like to instead help you to find the answer so that it will certainly be the right one. These steps will lead you to the invoice:
Look for a link to your current (incomplete) invoice under the Usage section
In that invoice you should see a breakdown of the current charges. It could be that you have other products you thought you had removed, or it could be that we are obligated to charge tax in your region.
