I can not send e-mail by Digital Ocean, this message “The Following From address failed:” appears’m using PHPMailer to send with Mandrillapp like to know how to make it work

Could you post a code snippet or any other information? It would make it much easier to help figure out what’s going on here.
Try adding:
$mail->SMTPDebug = 1;
That should give you a more verbose error message that should hopefull point you in the right direction.
