What is the reason for this report?

I can't afford it.

I don’t have any money to cover the bills either. I tried so hard to work to cover it. It seems I just can’t. How do I proceed? Should I delete the droplet?

Very sorry to hear about your financial situation, I hope you find your feet again soon and things look up for the better.

You should delete your droplet and any backups/snapshots to stop further charges. You can gain droplet credit as payment instead of real currency through the community authorship program, writing articles, if you think this is something you’d be interested in. It is a commitment however and you must be approved prior to writing.
